Background image not showing on Phone

  • This is simply a one-page author landing page. Very simple. Added a flag background and it looks just like he wanted… on the computer. All links work. But when it comes up on a phone, No background image, just a bright red solid background. Not even the black I wanted. We thought it might have been the size of the of the background image so we reduced it but no change in behavior. Any suggestions. Like how to change the red back to black? and why the background image does not show on the phone? Thanks
