• Hello, we need help with this:

    We get this message all the time:

    Ultimate Member 2.8.6 version needs to be updated to work correctly.
    It is necessary to update the structure of the database and options that are associated with current version. Please run the upgrade process on this?página

    When we go to the update page we get this message: “You have installed?2.8.6?version. Your latest DB version is?vacío.”?[vacío=empty in Spanish]

    The upgrade log starts OK, but at some point, we get this message:

    “Actualizar los tipos de entradas personalizados de UM…
    Something went wrong with AJAX request…
    Your upgrade was crashed, please contact with support”

    We are using UM whith Avada. Already tried to uninstall & reinstall UM plugin.

    Any ideas on how to solve it, please? Thanks in advance

    So far, about 25

    Try to do a “Site Health” in WP Tools.

    Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors during the upgrade.
    Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.

    What lines do you get in the log before the Ajax error message?

    From which UM version do you upgrade?

    Hello,

    Today entered version 2.8.7. The plugin let me update without trouble. But the same message kept appearing, just changing the version number. When trying to run the upgrade iside the UM menu, same problem at the same point appeared. It’s something related to UM personalized post types.

    I run the console but I still can’t see what the trouble is ?how can I insert printscreen images?
