Alipay is in “Active” status in my Stripe account.

I ‘m using “new checkout experience”. Using test mode, Alipay becomes available:

When I switch to “Live” mode, Alipay is no longer available:

    Hello nomeiofio,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

Could you confirm your site has a supported currency setup?
These currencies depend on the region.
    https://docs.stripe.com/payments/alipay#supported-currencies

Additionally, enable the Debug Mode in the Advanced Settings and try again.
This will capture error logs if there are any error in the backend.

Looking forward to your response. ??

@doublezed2 , thanks for the reply.

My website currency is EUR, which is supported by Alipay and Stripe.

I am in Brazil. Could this be why Alipay is not showing up in Payment Methods? In test mode, Alipay does show up.

Debug Mode was already enabled. How can I see possible errors regarding Alipay?

I contacted Stripe support about this issue. This was their response:

    “Hi there,

This is Nice from Stripe support. I have received your case regarding Alipay and Wechat pay not shown on the WordPress dashboard.

I highly recommend reaching out to WordPress to help rectify this because in Stripe, both payment methods have been successfully activated since Sep 24 & 25 which are also reflected on your Stripe dashboard. We don’t have visibility into the WordPress system to find out why these payment methods are not showing on your WP dashboard in live mode.

Please take note that third party plugins like WordPress are built on top of Stripe, each with their own custom code and unique integrations. Hello nomeiofio,

    Thank you for your reply.

To confirm, could you please share your store’s complete address?

Alipay for EUR is supported in specific countries, including Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, and others within the EU region. Since Brazil is not on the list of supported countries, this is likely why Alipay isn’t showing up in your payment methods.

I suggest you confirm this with Stripe support by citing this guide:
    https://docs.stripe.com/payments/alipay#supported-currencies

Let me know what they have to say.

    Best regards.

Hello, @doublezed2. Thank you for your reply.

My website address is https://yonisolutions.com/. My currency is EUR which is supported by Alipay.

In the screenshots of my first message, you will see that in test mode, Alipay appears for me in the WooCommerce payment settings. When I switch to “Live” mode, Alipay no longer appears. I have already created a “clean install” to see if a plugin was causing this problem, but in this install the problem persists.

    Best regards.

    Hello nomeiofio,

Thank you for your reply and sharing screenshot.

I see that your store is located in Switzerland, which is on the supported list for the Euro currency.

Could you please navigate to WooCommerce > System Status > Logs and check for any error logs that might provide more information?

I will also suggest contacting Stripe support for more insights.
This will confirm there are no issues at the account level.

Looking forward to your response. ??
