Why do I have to use /bp-messages/ in BuddyPress profile?

    Hi!

    When I am using just BuddyPress with my theme the message tab on user profile is just /messages/, but when I have Better messages installed I have to put it like /bp-messages/ or something else with “messages”, why is that? How can I make it work with just /messages/ ?

    Hi there!

    Not possible to use messages as it reserved by buddypress, but in plugin settings under integrations tab you can change this to any other word, like inbox or chat, etc.
