    Hi there, I want to move the primary button on the registration form – I have form fields followed by checkboxes, then text. I would like to put the button below the checkboxes and above the text.

    At the moment the button is below the text at the bottom, but I need it above the text. Is there a way to manually place the button between master rows using the form builder?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello @rebeccatys

    Unfortunately, this functionality does not exist in our plugin at this time.

    Thanks @andrewshu. I have another issue, not sure if I should open another post or use this one so I’ll give this a go:

    When sending the registration form, it just empties and stays on the same page. After much investigation, I realised that this was to do with the validation and that the error messages weren’t showing. This issue resolves by turning the validation off or putting in a password with at least one captial letter, one lowercase and one number. However the user doesn’t know to do this as no error messages show. I have tried using other themes, deactivating all other plugins but the issue persists.

    Also, I have had various occasions where the registration form shows ‘you are already registered’, which if I then load on other browsers and devices, also shows, even when not logged in. I have also had an ocassion where the form has given me an error, the data that I filled in has remained in the fields and this data has then also shown over other browsers and devices (even on first loads of the site on that device/browser). Everything points to this being a caching issue but it’s happening with no cache plugins active.

    @rebeccatys

    Move your text from to UM Registration Form to after the shortcode at your page
    and use your Page Builder to format the text.

    Example

    [ultimatemember form_id="1061"]
    My additional text for the Registration page
