Issue Restricting Access to WooCommerce Shop Page with Ultimate Member
-
I’m experiencing an issue with the Ultimate Member plugin when trying to restrict access to my WooCommerce shop page. Here’s the problem:
When I attempt to restrict the shop page to logged-in users only, the visibility restriction settings do not appear when the page is set as the WooCommerce shop page. However, when I remove the shop page from being the designated WooCommerce shop in the settings, the restriction options become visible again.
I tried restricting the page access while it wasn’t set as the WooCommerce shop page, and it seemed to work. But once I reassigned it as the WooCommerce shop page, the menu item I previously called “Products” changed to “Restricted Content” and, strangely, the page remained accessible without requiring a login. Despite the “Restricted Content” label, users could still click and access the shop without being logged in.
Can you please advise on how to resolve this conflict between Ultimate Member and WooCommerce for restricting shop page access?
Thank you for your help.
