Testimonial Style Break

    One of our client’s sites used ElementsKit Lite (v2.7.0) to create a testimonial.
    But when I update the plugin to the latest (v3.2.8) the testimonial structure breaks and displays only one of the 4 testimonials. There is no horizontal overflow present, but when checked on the backend there are 4 testimonials and when looked on the front there is only one.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. In our development environment, testimonial is functioning perfectly (video), so it seems to be a glitch in your environment. To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:

    Clear Cache & Regenerate CSS: First, clear your site’s cache cookies and regenerate CSS. Then, check if the issue persists.

    Conduct a conflict test:

    • Switch to the Hello Elementor theme or a default theme like Twenty Twenty.
    • Deactivate all plugins except Elementor and ElementsKit.
    • Reactivate each plugin one by one to identify any conflicts.

    This process should help detect the cause of the issue and lead to a resolution.
