    Thanks for the bug report. Please update the plugin to version 6.4.4 and check. The error has been fixed.

    Addon updated. I don’t know if it has been fixed for new purchases, but my current customers don’t have any accumulated amounts from previous purchases. Is there a way to detect previous purchases?

    All orders that the user has are taken into account. It does not matter whether they are new or old. Pay attention to the setting “At what status of an order can points be awarded” – orders must have the same status.

    I’m not talking about points earned, that works. I’m talking about the total amount of orders, when you reach a certain amount you go up a level. It doesn’t work. And when you try to add an offline order, it doesn’t add it either.

    Now I checked it myself. Everything is fine. The statuses change. Offline ordering didn’t work either. I fixed this issue. Now it works. Try updating the plugin to version 6.4.5

    When you enter the editor of a specific user, the status is recalculated. Try to enter the editor of the required client. You can also try to update the statuses of users in the tools.
