Sync users to new child site

Hello – I’m looking for some advice as one of our multisites uses this plugin, and it does the job very well. My company is creating a new child site (example.com/global) and this URL will replace the original example.com. This means that all instances of example.com will be redirected to example.com/global.

We have thousands of users assigned to upwards of 20 different sites – and I need to make sure that when we push the new example.com/global site to live that all of the users associated with the original example.com will have access to the new example.com/global. Is there a way to ensure this happens using the plugin? If anyone has any experience with the process or the pitfalls associated with this I would be very grateful for feedback.
