    I am getting a critical error whenever I try to add a new product or edit an existing one. I can however use Quick Edit successfully to edit minor details. The critical error does not affect the front end of the site – I can use the back arrow to return to the edit screen. WordPress, Woocommerce and all plugins are uptodate.

    If adding a new product then it is actually saved as draft but I cannot change its status to Published without getting the critical error. If editing an existing product there will sometimes be a message saying that there is a more recent backup.

    Is this a new issue that recently surfaced? If so, do you recall any updates/changes made to the site or server before this popped up?

    Can you please share a copy of the following so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment, and any errors being logged:

    • System Status Report:?you can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.
    • Fatal Error Log:?Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs
