For further troubleshooting, I recommend enabling Debug Mode in your Facebook for WooCommerce settings. You can find more information on how to do this here:

Once enabled, check for any error logs in WooCommerce → System Status → Logs.

I really appreciate your reply,
– The Pixel ID shown in the attached file is correct,
– Regarding the steps that I was taking to reset the Pixel:
first, I disconnected the pixel from Marketing -> Facebook, then I went to my ads manager and made the pixel disconnected from there as well, to understand more I’ll be attaching some screenshots
– also I can’t find the debug mode on my end!

It sounds like you’re on the right track with disconnecting the Pixel both from your site and the Ads Manager. Given that you can’t locate the Debug Mode, which should be visible under Marketing → Facebook once it’s connected, let’s try a different approach.

First, please ensure your Facebook for WooCommerce extension is up to date as new versions often include fixes and additional features. Once you’ve confirmed the plugin is current, reinstalling it may help refresh the connection settings.

I reviewed your site’s source code in the browser and noticed that the Meta Pixel Code with ID 320278657421117 is present.

Could you try deactivating the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and then check if the Meta Pixel Code still appears in the website’s source code? To view the source code, simply right-click on the page and select “View page source.”

To confirm, did you deactivate the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and then check for the Facebook Pixel code in the source code? Was the code present after that?

Could you deactivate the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and allow me to inspect the site again?
I can see the Facebook Pixel code is still appearing.

I noticed that you have Pixelavo – Facebook Pixel Analytics plugin active.
This plugin could be inserting the Meta Pixel Code.

Could you disable it and check if that removes the Meta Pixel code from the site?
If that does not make any difference, then disable Code Snippets and WPCode Lite plugins and check again.
