    Hi @malens3321 ,

Could you please share the form export so that we could give a closer look at the configuration to suggest what might be causing it?

Please check the following doc on how to export a form:

    https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox, Pastebin or any cloud service in the next reply.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Nithin

    Hi @malens3321,

Thank you for getting back to us.

To investigate the issue further, I imported the form onto a test website but was unable to reproduce the problem. I conducted multiple tests using different browsers and devices, and the form submission worked smoothly on my end without any issues.

Could you please try re-configuring Stripe API keys in Formiantor on your website and check if that helps resolve the issue?

If the issue persists, wouldn’t you mind performing a complete conflict test and see if a plugin or theme is conflicting and causing the issue? The following documentation should help you further: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

If this is a live website with traffic, please create a staging website and perform the test without disrupting the live traffic. A staging website is a copy of your live website in a new directory on the same server using a separate database.

Please let us know the results so that we can help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

Hi, I don’t have any other plug ins. I have change the theme, the payment worked for one hour and it stopped working just now with the same error. Can you tell me what would be the reason?

    Hello @malens3321

Hope you’re doing well today! Thank you for the update.

Since we are not able to replicate the issue with your form, it won’t be easy to ascertain the cause of why it could be happening.

Can you please share some additional insights about your setup on Stripe?

    – Can you please confirm if you’re using the Forminator Stripe App or you’ve setup used the manual way to setup the restricted key? Ref: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#connect-to-stripe

    – Can you please create a test form with stripe field > disable the theme & activate a default theme like 2024 > add the test form on a default WordPress Page using Gutenberg/Classic Editor and test if it works fine? Please feel free to make this test on staging/dev environment in case the site has a lot of live traffic.

This information will help us to further narrow down on the probable cause of the issue since it looks to be isolated on your site.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh
