    Hello,

    A couple questions please

    1. Refer to the below screenshot and notice there is a horizontal scrollbar after the form is submitted, is there a way to prevent this? The form includes a name field, an email field, and a button
    2. Is there somewhere in the interface to control the words and styles of the message shown after form submission (also highlighted in screenshot)

    1. We need to examine the form to provide a solution for that issue. Please share the page link where you published the popup.
    2. Yes, you can customize the message by opening the Form Settings panel, then clicking the “Action” tab, and then the “Submission Success Action” tab. And you can change the submission message color by clicking the Style tab.

    Thank you, I solved the styling by following your instructions, and I solved the scrollbar issue by reducing the form block width a little

    I’m happy to leave a review, one quick question please

    I have visibility set to show the popup 2 times per day but I am seeing it on every page load, is this because I am logged in as an administrator?

    @mohobook that’s correct. Open your site in an incognito window to test if the popup’s frequency settings are working correctly.
