• This plugin is a hoax in the meaning that it sells you that it has a “free” plan, but as soon as you want to integrate it in your website, it’ll say you need the “pro” plan for that. It explains to you in their doc that you need to use shortcodes to integrate it, but then tells you shortcodes are only for the payed version. What a joke !

  • I used the free version for a while and was able to integrate it into my site. It worked really well, in fact. Did you look here?

You need to use the first way since the second way requires the Pro version.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and I understand this could frustrating about the confusion regarding the Free and Premium features. That’s correct to use theshortcode you would need the pro version, however you should be able to create events with the free version still. The default URL is /events for the archive page and /event for the single page. Which also gives you the option to update this URL/slug, to change the Calendar Location for the Free version, mentioned by @awwd here.

If you need any help with the features available in the free version, feel free to create a new topic, and we’d be happy to assist!
