• Hi,

With the update to version 2.9.2, no payment options are displayed when the customer is not logged in and doesn’t have an account, and the message “There is no payment method available. This may be our mistake. Please contact us if you need help placing your order.” appears. I downgraded to the previous version, and for your information, I’m using the latest version of WooCommerce with the Botiga theme.

    Regards

    Hello @byred

Could you please share a link to your site where we can test for this issue?

While we wait, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts
Please let us know how this works out for you.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @femiyb

Thanks for your reply, PayPal Standard payment option is not working, and currently, only card payments (by PayPal) are functioning with the previous version of your plugin.

    Hello @byred

I do see the PayPal button on the cart page, but not the chekout page.

Please check that you have selected the correct locations where the PayPal smart buttons should be displayed. This options is the “Smart Button Locations” on the WooCommerce PayPal Payments settings page.

    Regards,
    Femi.

    Hello @femiyb

It seems that when the PayPal smart button is activated on the cart, the card payment option doesn’t work, and PayPal doesn’t appear at checkout.

Let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Best regards,

    Hello @femiyb

Thank you for your message. It seems that the issue may be related to the PayPal smart button setup. If the PayPal smart button is selected for the checkout process, it may override other payment options (PayPal Advanced card), such as card payments, causing them not to display.

    Hello @femiyb

It’s works because I’m using the old version of your plugin. When updating to your latest version, it still doesn’t work. The payment methods disappear once I update.

    Hello

To better judge what could be causing this, we are interested in a copy of your WooCommerce system report file.

The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can share it privately with us from here:
    https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/request-support/

Please include a link to this thread when sending a private message.

    Thanks!
