    From your shared screenshot, it looks like lesson/ course blocks, rather than a testimonial. As per your screenshot, these type of blocks should be available on any LMS plugins, that supports Gutenberg. You may check here, https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/search/lms/

    The original website doesn’t use LMS plugins. Your reponse is really not helpful at all.

    I agree with @amin7 what you have illustrated in your screenshot is a Learning Management System (LMS), so I would have also recommended looking up LMS plugins for that functionality.

    Would you please describe more, beyond just the screenshot, about what you want?
