    Hi @kunalneoskill01

Often, we see the problem “URL is not a constructor” occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.

Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

I tried to troubleshoot with health check plugin but showing theme error i disable all plugins after that i enabled all plugins which i disabled but same error showing in yoast seo format.

this error showing – You don’t have any of the default themes installed. A default theme helps you determine if your current theme is causing conflicts.

Please install a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Four to test in troubleshooting mode.

I’m sorry the issue continues. We’d have to investigate further on this as it could be something specific to your setup, but we cannot do so over these public forums. You might want to consider a Yoast SEO Premium subscription for email support so we can take a closer look at this.
