Need help in setting free Self hosted WordPress blog using X10

I Have tried several ways to create a free self hosted WordPress blog using X10 but it is just difficult.More tutorials more confusion.I need a member of this esteemed community to help me out.I have the plan but how to bring it to life is challenging.

I would greatly appreciate if someone from this community helps me for free,to be honest,I don’t have money but I have great ideas.Please can someone help me please I don’t want to give up on my plan
