    Hello, I use The Event Calendar to create my site’s agenda. However, we have a problem, the page https:/cgvvr.org/events/ is not displayed correctly and is not updated for visitors. This problem is not visible in administrator except for the following message “It seems that we cannot find the requested content. Perhaps a search can help you”. On this page, the choices of display mode or search do not work, however, when you click on the event, it opens correctly and the information is all visible. Waiting for your return.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cgvvr ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I just visited your calendar (https://cgvvr.org/events/), and I can’t seem to find any noticeable display issue. Can you provide details about the issue?

    Also, to help me better understand the situation and learn more about your setup, could you please provide the version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version

    Hello,
    thank you for your feedback, indeed, to date, the “events” page works correctly, however, following various plugin updates, this page was blocked, impossible to activate the view in month or day, it was not possible to modify the date in the search field, the page was not updated after modifying events or adding others. these modifications were visible in admin mode but not in visitors. concerning the versions:

    PHP : 8.0.30
    WORDPRESS version 6-6-2
    THE EVENT CALENDAR: 6.7.0
    THEME: ASTRA version 4.8.3
    Host: LWS-PANEL

    Maybe I will have to contact you again when the problem reappears.
    Best regards

    Hello, Following my last message, the update to version 6.7.1 of “The Event Calendar” has been done. However, as indicated in the previous message, activating the view by laws or by day does not work and it is not possible to change the display date. So I cheated to have all the events in the list and not just the first 10 or 15. Thank you for your feedback.

    Hi @cgvvr

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

    Upon checking, I noticed that the following error was generated from the browser’s console log whenever I tried to change the view of your calendar.

    {
    "code": "rest_forbidden",
    "message": "D\u00e9sol\u00e9, vous n\u2019avez pas l\u2019autorisation de faire cela.",
    "data": {
    "status": 401
    }
    }

    This problem might stem from a conflict with a security plugin or, in some cases, a membership plugin. Additionally, I noticed that you have the WP Fastest Cache plugin enabled. I recommend temporarily disabling this plugin to check if it resolves the issue. If you find that disabling it does help, please take a look at our knowledgebase article for the suggested settings for WP Fastest Cache.

    Hello,
    Following my previous message, I applied the rules that you advised me for the configuration of WP-Fastest cache. it seems that it works correctly, to be continued. however, I still have an error message that appears under the title, would you know where it comes from? Best regards

    Hi @cgvvr ,

    Thank you for your message, and I’m glad to hear that applying the exclusion rules with your WP Fastest Cache has alleviated the situation.

    As for the error message, I suspect this is coming up due to your Events template setting. In that regard, can you ensure that Default Events Template is set for the Events template setting in Events -> Settings -> Display (tab) -> Calendar (sub tab) -> Calendar Template (section)?

    Hi Tristan083,
    Thanks for your help, it seems that everything is fixed now.
    To be continued.
    If the problem occurs again, I will post again on the forum.
    Best regards and thanks again
