We’re having issues adding and removing items to the featured section on the website. Usually I would click on these stars next to the items in the “products” tab of the back end, and it would either add or remove an item to the featured category. Now, whenever I click these stars, the page refreshes but nothing actually changes – the star remains either unfilled if it was previously unfilled, or filled if it was previously filled.

Same problem in another topic here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/featured-product-not-enabled-disabled-from-all-products-dashboard/#post-18071291

So i think this started happening after your last update, a fix would be urgent so we could change our featured products.

    Thank you!

    Hey @fiiphdan ,

Thanks for creating your own topic!

I’ve tried to reproduce this on my end, but it seems to be working as expected. Using the latest version of WooCommerce core, the featured products are saving (adding/removing) without any issues:

Did this issue only pop up after the latest WooCommerce update on your site? Were there perhaps any other updates on the site (theme/plugin)? Are you seeing any browser console errors on the page when changing the featured products? If so, please share these with us here.

You can read more about?using your browser console to identify errors here

Additionally, can you please share a copy of the sites system status report so that we can take a closer look at the sites current configuration? You can find this via?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for Support.

    Cheers!
