• Hi there, i’m writing also in this forum because the form for support in your site is not working.

Since September we notice a large discrepancy between reports of e-commerce?purchases?on Analytics compared to the real data by WooCommerce. We see two voices on Analytics:
    – “Purchased?Items”
    – “Paid Items”

These voices have different data and at the end the total entrances are calculated by Analytics based on “Purchased Items”.

Why, since september, the data about “Purchased Items” is so different from reality?

E.G: in the month of september Analytics tracks for a specific Item this data:
    – “Purchased Items”: 28 (not real)
    – “Paid Items”: 0 (real)
    – “Entrance”: 2.646€ (not real)

In reality this item has been sold 0 times.

    Thanks for assistance

  • I just tested the support form on my end, and it works correctly. Here is the link: https://www.pixelyoursite.com/contact.

Please share some screenshots of the issue on the contact form, so I can better understand it, along with the URL of the site. I will assist you further in solving the problem.

Testing your contact form now (and tested several times in the last week) is not working. The form loading icon continues to spin endlessly without ever completing the submission. We’ve tested on several browsers and nothing changes.

We’ve also wrote two emails at your support e-mail but no one answers. Last chance was to contact the support on the wp forum.

Since that, can i have assistance about the topic described on my post?

    Any feedback here?
I’ve been now able to use your contact form for the first time.
It’s impossible to solve our issues if support is inconsistent

I’ve received your email and replied as well. Please take a look, and we can continue the conversation there.
