I would like to request a reclassification of my website. After I reinstalled it from the Instawp server, I got an email about it needing a commercial license, but my website does not meet the criteria for a commercial license; it’s a small website.

I want to request a review, but the option to dispute my review was unavailable when I tried to find where to do so. So, I would like someone to please help me with this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nardog03

Looking at your site, I see that it is an ecommerce site. For Jetpack Stats, this is considered commercial:

A commercial site is a website with activities that aim to make money. This could be through advertising or affiliate links, selling products or services, soliciting donations or sponsorships, or any other means directly related to any business or organization. You will need a paid Jetpack Stats plan if your site has any of these.

    Hi @nardog03

The requirement to purchase a commercial license to use Jetpack Stats on your site is different from the connection issue.

As a next step, let’s work together to get Jetpack connected on your site. I made an adjustment on our end to how Jetpack communicates with your site. To cycle the connection, please delete Jetpack and then reinstall it. You can follow these steps to do that:

    1. Start at PluginsInstalled Plugins.
    2. If Jetpack is currently active, click Deactivate to disable it. Then click Delete to remove it from your site:
    3. Go to Plugins? → Add New.
    4. Search for “Jetpack – WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth”.
    5. Click Install and then Activate.

When Jetpack is installed, click the green Set up Jetpack button to reconnect.

This handy guide explains that process in more detail:

You shouldn’t lose any settings or any of your stats or subscribers in doing so, as that info is stored in our system here.

Let us know once that is done and we will test the connection.

    Hey @nardog03,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
