Here you go, I’m exporting order via woocommerce orders

I visited >WooCommerce>Orders, selected 3 orders , run bulk action “Export as XLS” and got 3 records in generated file.

Probably, you should turn off “Summary report by customers” mode.
In this case – you can get less records than selected (if orders were made by same customer).

It seems to have worked. I was able to export all the orders with nothing missing. Thank you so much!
