Plugin excellent, support even better

I’ve been using this plugin and the companion plugin, Paid Membership Subscriptions, since early 2021 on a half dozen client sites. AS the stie developer, it takes very little effort to setup, is easy to adjust for my clients’ needs, takes no effort to maintain, and seldom causes me any issues. In the years I’ve been using it, I’ve had to reach out to support only a few times – some for help in accomplishing a weird client requirement, once or twice for an issue after an update. Support has responded quickly (they post their hours on the support request, and usually respond shortly after their day starts) and typically has a solution or fix in their initial reply.

Most of my clients using this plugin are retired volunteers and not very comfortable with using the internet. Usually, one walkthrough is all I need for them to be able to run reports, check member details, etc.

This plugin is particularly powerful when combined with their Paid Membership Subscriptions- also easy to use and maintain. I use the pro version, which has additional add-ons(though the free version has plenty) to customize some of the member facing part, integrate with other plugins, and basically create easy-to-use paid membership sites without extra coding. That includes things like membership mailings and store discounts. These two plugins are probably the best choice I’ve made for the sites I’ve built.
