Easy Cloudflare Turnstile Won’t Connect

I went to login to the site and my login button was greyed out, so I logged in using SSO from my server and noticed that Easy Cloudflare Turnstile was no longer connected. When I try to reconnect, I get a red border focus around the Site Key field and it will not reconnect, even after rotating my Secret Key. What’s going on?
