Variation Issues when adding to cart after 4.0.0

I understand that you’re encountering an issue with Woolementor plugin, and all logs are in the plugin directory. As this is a specific issue related to the Woolementor plugin, we recommend contacting their support team directly. They are best equipped to provide assistance and troubleshoot the issue you’ve faced.

In the latest version of OceanWP we only had these changes https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/653-oceanwp-theme-changelog#:~:text=%23%23%23%202024.10.16%20%2D%204.0.0,Legacy%20PHP%20Controls and it doesn’t include any changes related to the cart and WooCommerce. Most of the changes were enhanced on loading Customizer with ReactJS.

Hi, i have same problem, i tried everything and it still happens. Before updating OceanWP in cart it was showing what variant i choose, but only when i updated OceanWP it stopped showing. Anyway to fix this?

edit: here are two versions, i deleted most of the plugins except for elementor pro and woocommerce, and it still doesnt show variants correctly:

i dont have “TI WooCommerce Wishlist plugin”

for me i had to use WP Rollback to older version of OceanWP, now the variants in cart work again.

@rjayak — I saw your screenshot, and I think this issue might be due to a cache.
The issue mentioned in the first reply is obviously related to Woolementor and I see that you don’t have this plugin. The issue you have seems to be outside of this thread, but did you clear all level cache and cache in W3 Total Cache? Although I still don’t know how to replicate this issue on my end, is it possible for you to share a live URL to the issue you’re facing? I will try to inspect the source of your page and provide a solution.
* You can install a staging website and update the theme and plugins there, then share only the URL of the cart page, we’ll investigate the issue.

The cart does not display attributes, I found out the reason with the help of the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.

Ok i have site without traffic so i updated to OceanWP 4.0 and you can try on this product with variants, every variant is different price, but when u add to the cart it will show only product name without variant chosen and change the price to 79

I also had this problem; it caused a lot of trouble since real orders came in without us knowing which variation was ordered.

Rolling back OceanWP was my solution.

Hi. I have the same issue. Variation information is not shown even I purged the cache. I rollback and it’s ok now.
