Old Customizer Control

I’m afraid that’s not possible.
The only way to use the classic customizer or old settings is to rollback to older versions for the time being: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/805-oceanwp-theme-and-ocean-extensions-rollback-versions.

Just for your information, the old settings were custom PHP settings for the Customizer. The new version is using ReactJS, which is already integrated with WordPress.

He failed to mention you need to rollback Ocean Extra to get the old customizer back. I rolledback Ocean Extra to v2.3.1 and got the old customizer with all the extra settings that were missing in the new one.

Don’t forget to disable auto updates afterward if you have those enabled.
