@umdiecker @mschnieper Please make sure to review your files and folder permission on the hosting side. Generally, WordPress directory and folder permissions should be set to 755, and most file permissions need to be set to 644.

@mschnieper Can you also check if you have enough space on the server? Can you install any additional plugins (no need to activate them) and the same error appears? Also, kindly please open a new ticket with us here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/forminator/#new-topic-0 as you have different files reported, so we can review your case separately.

Yes, all of those are in place. There’s 100MB spare. Other plugins have updated successfully. The last attempt to update stated a different file, so maybe this is common to @mschnieper too: Update failed: Could not copy file. forminator/library/external/src/Forminator/woocommerce/action-scheduler/classes/abstracts/ActionScheduler_Abstract_Schedule.php

Hi Kris – thanks for the reply. Will open a new ticket with the situation on the other page. I’ve had the plugin installed quite some time now. the file permisson haven’t change since then (755). Space on the FTP server is enough available. Installed other plugins as well.

me again – moved back to the old version 6.6.0 installed all the plugins, and did the updates again. Now its this file that can’t be copied. forminator/addons/pro/googlesheet/lib/external/vendor-prefixed/psr/log/Psr/Log/Test/TestLogger.php

We apologize for the misunderstanding. I have some updates from the Forminator Team and we were able to track the main issue, which is related to the inodes value. We are currently working on a fix which will be implemented in the 1.36.2 version. There is no ETA at the moment, but the next update should be released soon.

We released a new version 1.36.2. It should fix issues. However, we could not significantly reduce the amount of files. We are suggesting installing the new version, and if you continue to be faced with copying files issues – you need to contact hosting support about this issue. Most probably it relates to the?inodes?(files and folders amount) limit.
