I think your descriptions are wrong

    From what I can tell your plugin does the following

    • disables plugin updates
    • disables theme updates
    • disables wordpress core updates
    • disables update notifications.

    Because you are disabling the updates the descriptions should be

    • Disable all plugin updates.
    • Disable all theme updates
    • Disable all WordPress core updates
    • Disable plugins & themes auto-update email notifications.

    The description should read

    This plugin will completely disable the Plugin, Theme, and WordPress core update notifications. It will also disable auto-update Email Notifications for Plugins, Themes and WP CORE.
