I am using H5P Gutenberg blocks on my website so the content will show on our BuddyBoss app. Any new H5P content shows as ‘Content Unavailable’ on both desktop and mobile when I use the Gutenberg block. The embed code works appropriately, but I cannot use this for mobile.

Do you have an URL where I could experience the issue myself?

I added a fill in the blank module that is new to this page: Test Page – ATStudy Buddy

Here is an image of the backend:

I see that you are using the external embed feature as opposed to the internal one: [h5p id=”230″]
If it’s the same site I would recommend using the internal one for the best experience.

Regarding the Content Unavailable message, this usually only happens if the ID is wrong (issues loading the content), or if embed has been disabled for the specific content, i.e. the embed button is not on. If you don’t want to enable the button you can override the behavior by defining H5P_EMBED_URL_ALWAYS_AVAILABLE in your wp-config.php.

We have to use the external embed because we use the BuddyBoss app. The internal embed is working correctly. This is only affecting NEW h5p. Old content works with both the external and internal embed options. When I inspect the ID, the ID shows correctly (in this instance it’s 230):

    https://staging2.atstudybuddy.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=h5p_embed&id=230

However, turning embed on for all NEW content works. We still have it off for OLD content. Is there a specific spot to place the code in the wp-config.php?
