Thank you @gotto123 for option 1 shared, can you offer suggestions for free plugins to use to test and see if it works? Any suggestions for a pop up that can be triggered when adding a specific product to cart? For example, if a customer adds a specific product to cart, once it is added to cart, there is a pop up that asks, would you like to add a customization? If the click yes, it takes them to product page set up to customize product.

I understand your concern. I searched for a free plugin that meets your requirements, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find any.

You can implement that functionality with custom coding; however, we do not offer support for custom code. You may need to hire a developer or seek assistance from the community.

For a pop-up trigger when a product is added to cart, I’d recommend the Added to Cart Popup for WooCommerce plugin. It’s a premium plugin but offers a seamless experience. You can learn more about it here.

Not sure if you intended to have 2 different plugins, but we might not have a single plugin performing all the said duties. However, for the option where a customer can swap or choose a variation of the product, I’d recommend Variation Swatches and Photos for WooCommerce. You can learn more on the plugin here.
