After I granted access to Sitekit (which has been done numerous time over the years), it redirects the page to wordpress.com login page.
I then go back to WP Sitekit dashboard, it seems that it was not connected at all. I have gone thru the process many times, all return the same result.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out @andychin. So we can determine more on your experience, and maybe reset the records if necessary, please share the following:

    1. Your?Site Health information. You can?use this form?to share privately if preferred.??
    2. What is the URL you land back on when attempting setup? I ask as this may contain a no longer valid callback URL, based on your previous site.
    3. Did you make any changes to your site recently with regards wp-admin path, a URL change or a chance in your WordPress files directory?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hey @jamesosborne
I have submitted the form for the Site Health info.

    https://swap-asia.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://swap-asia.com/corp/wp-admin/index.php?action%3Dgooglesitekit_proxy_exchange_site_code%26googlesitekit_code%3Dsitekit-EhIKB1Nlc3Npb24QgICAmrL6sAg%26googlesitekit_site_code%3D4%252F0AVG7fiTGVijSCcvMp0Umd0yeFiPeBK1jOxy_pLicG98dLT5cw84PaeQJumQRwjNah5-1ug%26nonce%3D44d70913c7%26step%3Dverification&reauth=1

Above is the URL it redirects to after Google authentication page.

And, no there was not changes to the WP apart of site contents. But this issue has been too long, I mean > 3 years. I was just lazy to attend to it.

If I login via Username & Password, it will keep looping to the same login page.

If I login via wp.com, it eventually goes to

    https://swap-asia.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https://swap-asia.com/corp/wp-admin/index.php?action%3Dgooglesitekit_proxy_exchange_site_code%26googlesitekit_code%3Dsitekit-EhIKB1Nlc3Npb24QgICA2pSFuQo%26googlesitekit_site_code%3D4%252F0AVG7fiQ0B1Xwd8AQfJCsN-frEOdxxfiYSJcHgsNY0mfEmZqQmv85w97NTMPxU-6TiwZK3A%26nonce%3Dbc85d194f6%26step%3Dverification&reauth=1

But it returns Too Many Redirects error – refer screenshot below.

Many thanks for the update @andychin. I can see in the callback URL you shared the URL differs, with a corp reference, likely from an old set up. Can you please attempt set up once more, and when you land on an invalid page with the incorrect path, please modify the URL by removing the corp path before then proceeding by clicking on enter in the address bar?

If the same occurs, I’ll go ahead and make a request to update your records manually.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so, let me know and we can perform some additional checks or request a review of your site records on the Site Kit service.

I have tried to uninstalled and reinstall the plugin. It seems the same.

I removed the /corp but it return says Link Expired.

    (@jamesosborne)

@andychin It’s normal that the link will expire if using the exact same URL, as it contains some single use credentials. Can you attempt the Site Kit set up process once more, and when you land on any error page where you can modify the URL, please remove the /corp path and try to proceed. If you already did this, or if you encounter the same, let me know.

While you’re checking this, I did also request an update of your records. This will allow you to proceed. As this may take a couple of working days before I hear back, please do attempt the above. If you are able to connect I’ll cancel the request. Thank you!

@andychin Just to let you know that you’re records are now updated, with no /corp references in the callback URLs registered. Can you attempt set up once more and let me know if you’re able to proceed?
