Shopmagic emails not sending

May I ask you to send screenshots of the automation settings that are causing the problem? Also, please attach screenshots of the ShopMagic → Logs tab, are there automations with a status of “Failure”?

If there are problems with sending automations please take a peek at the Tools → Scheduled Actions tab, are the automations visible here?

In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status.

I have a problem with sending emial via shopmagic plugin at my woocommerce shop. Some mails are sent to customers, but some aren’t. They get stucked in line and I don’t know what to do. Can you help me with that problem?
