• I recently made a wordpress Website and made it live. The issue I’m facing is that every few hours the homepage layout of the website breaks and looks completely different from how I designed it without me making any changes to the website. The issue resolves after I flush my cache and site turns back to normal then again after few hours, same thing happens and I don’t know how to solve it. Please help! I tried disabling and enabling all the plugins but it doesn’t work.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You are using the optimization plugin from Airlift. Can you deactivate it? My guess would be that it still contains or contained outdated caches. If you have any questions about this, I would recommend contacting their support: https://airlift.net

Disabling it appears to have solved the issue. The thing is I was using lite speed cache and the facing the same problem so I switched to airlift thinking it’d solve the issue. I just want to know if it’s important to have a cache plugin enabled for my website because airlift increased the performance scores dramatically.

Whether you should use an optimization and caching plugin depends on many factors. The decisive factor should be the loading time of the page itself. If this is too high for your project requirements, then you should think about using them. The vast majority of these plugins must also be individually adapted to the project. They also provide numerous settings for this purpose. Take a look at this article: https://developer.www.ads-software.com/advanced-administration/performance/optimization/
