So I inspected your site again to find the cause. Below are some points:

- The Global rules for Estimated Delivery Dates is effective. It’s enabled and working.
- These variations are not allowing backorders. It says “available on backorders”, but in the backend settings, the backorders is not really allowed.
You should check the settings in the backend admin to be sure that it’s configured properly.
If you are using any external plugin for controlling stocks or warehouse, etc. please make sure they have the correct stock status configured.
You might also want to check if caches are interfering by clearing them completely from your site and browser before checking again. You can open your site in an Incognito or Private tab to be sure.
You can also test it further by deactivating all other plugins, only keep WooCommerce and our plugin to check the display of the dates. Then reactivate others one by one to find the source of the conflict.
