Override LearnDash My Account Page

    When I press ‘payment methods’ in learndash with woocommerce installed it goes to the learndash my account page instead of the woocommerce payment methods page, major issue for customers trying to update their credit card info with their subscription

  • This issue occurs because LearnDash and WooCommerce both have their own “My Account” pages, which can sometimes conflict, especially when managing subscriptions or payment methods. To fix this and ensure that users are directed to WooCommerce’s payment methods page

    I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where clicking on ‘payment methods’ in LearnDash redirects you to the LearnDash account page instead of the WooCommerce payment methods page.

    This issue could be due to a misconfiguration in your settings. To resolve this, please try the following steps:

    1. Check your WooCommerce settings to ensure that the ‘My Account’ page is correctly set to the WooCommerce ‘My Account’ page and not the LearnDash one.
    2. Should the issue persist even after following step 1 above, please try to disable any other plugins temporarily to see if there’s a conflict causing this issue.
