Images disappear on page reload

    Hi! Thanks for a great plugin — I’m encountering a very frustrating issue though.

    When I save a gallery, add the shortcode (Elementor pagebuilder) and then open the page, the images load fine — but then if I refresh the page (or view on another device), or navigate away and then back, the images are gone. Going back to edit the page, any edit, (Elementor) and re-saving, the images are back…refresh the page, and gone again.

    Any idea what’s going on?

    I took a look at the gallery and everything works properly on my end. Do you still encounter this issue?

    Hi @beatrice12, thanks so much for getting back to me!

    I ended up trying a second/different plugin, and encountered the exact same issue, so that was helpful news. Lots of Googling and I was no closer to an answer. Then I thought…maybe it’s the Elementor text editor. Sure enough! I had been using the text editor to add in the shortcode…it worked when I used the specific element for shortcodes ?? …sharing the details in case someone else encounters such an issue.
