video mp4 says not supported

    I’m trying this plug of yours interesting. I am interested in starting videos that are uploaded to my site. I wanted to know are only mp4 supported? I uploaded an MP4 video on my PC they open with readers. But loading it through your plug in says it is not supported. I put links of the product.
