Unable to retrieve variables in Invoice Available

Hello in the body of the message for sending to the customer, the variable {{due_date}} does not display anything and {{total_due}} displays 0.00.

In addition, our message when editing in the visual tab of the html editor is empty, but in the text tab we can see it clearly.
