    I am using the Tiktok for Woocommerce plugin. I have gone through the plugin setup but encountering an error message when attempting to sync my products from Woocommerce to tiktok. I have 40 products. Only one product syncs correctly. The difference betweeen the one and threst (39) is that the one product is a simple product wilst the other 39 are variable products.

    The error shown is: skuSumbits is empty.

    I am not sure where to go with this. Any insight will be highly appreciated.

    Did you figure this out? My website used to sync just fine now with their latest update i seem to be getting this error also.

    Unfortunately no. I engaged Tiktok Support and they referred me to one of their knowledgeable base articles which contains nothing about the issue. Just about to throw in the towel and manually add the products.

    I have submitted a ticket with TikTok but I have little faith as everyone there seems clueless about everything.

    Do your products have variation or are they simple?

    Yeah in my first ticket, they have me info on shopify and closed the ticket. So am not holding my breath on their support.

    All of mine are variation and some are showing synced and some arent.

    I couldn’t get it to work even with the previous version. Perhaps if you have a backup of your site, you can extract the previous version and use that.

    However, I understand you’re still encountering an error on your site during the WooCommerce to TikTok sync, with the message: skuSumbits is empty.
