my issue is not solved

Please confirm that you checked the unique field from the Duplicate Killer menu as per image below:

Please note that only below fields are supported:
Name, Phone, Email and TextField

Do not forget to update wordpress core and plugins to the last version.

Do you see any error? Do you have acces to an error_log?

Please provide more details in order to receive assistance.

i ticked all 3,its still same

Please follow the next steps:

1. Try to deactivate&uninstall the plugin and install again.

2. Also, can you try with another forminator form, just for the example? Create another Form and check the box into the Duplicate Killer menu just the email.

Let me know the result.

Is very difficult to identify the issue because you can’t provide an error log.
