Order by random/new/best selling etc not working

    HI,

    Using Wc and Puca Theme by Thembay.

    I noticed when using the “display products in a catgeory tabbed” feature, only the first tab picks up the order setting correctly ( i.e random), all other tabs are ordered by price low to high. Why could this be happening?

    Why am I posting here and not the theme support. Lol over time I found the support very lean and unwilling. Jolly responses like ” it works fine on our demo site” – are likely extremely useless (and kinda say to me , nah I don’t wana look into it mate) .The point is that it is not working on my site! Lol i’m not sure they have got the hang of support hehe.

    So here I am, any suggestions would be great!

    Lol having a time logging into Loom, even though I just created an account and signed in with Google! Esssh!

    I’ve made a screengrab video that you can see the issue more clearly. First tab random as selected – other tabs are not random, but by price low>high.

    I’d like to test if this if it’s recurring on your site right now. If you could share a URL/link and some instructions on how to encounter the issue, that would be great.

    Reviewing your initial post again, it sounds like there could be a conflict or misconfiguration with your “display products in a category tabbed” feature, especially since it works for the first tab but not the others. It may be worth checking if there are specific settings within the Puca Theme or any additional plugins that control the product ordering for subsequent tabs.
