custom-frontend.min.css is not found

Hi,
In my given website custom-frontend.min.css is not generating, from Elementor > Tools > Regenerate Files & Data. I’ve regenerated all files but custom-frontend.min.css is not generating. when I try create “wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/custom-frontend.min.css” from server, and after creating file in server when I click again on Regenerate Files & Data it’s delete custom-frontend.min.css from server that I’ve created. so, it’s not generating custom-frontend.min.css from me and I’m getting custom-frontend.min.css is not found.
