Malware Redirect on websites

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a malware issue across several websites hosted on One.com. The infection seems to cause a redirect and we belive that the malware is called Valid-check-tl-4.azurewebsites.net— sometimes the page loads fine, but other times it gets redirected.

We’ve followed One.com’s advice, like updating plugins, and paying an external company to check the files which they found nothing, but the problem persists. A scan with Wordfence didn’t reveal anything critical, just a few outdated plugins, that have been updated.

Has anyone encountered this type of redirect before, or does anyone know how to completely remove it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
