No header background image on tablet or mobile

    My background image on mobile and tablet is not showing up. I am using the built in header editor of WordPress. I have cleared my cache and gone through all the appearance settings. I have tried to reduce the image, or just use a solid background. All changes show up on desktop, but not on mobile or tablet. I’m at a loss. 

    I am hosted through Godaddy. I am using the Astra template. My versions are all up to date. There has to be something that is causing this problem, to state the obvious. I am going to start disabling various plugins to see what I find. I’m hoping someone might have some direction for me. I seem to have exhausted most online articles on the subject.

    Could you share a similar screenshot showing how it’s appearing on your end, along with details of the specific image you need assistance with? This will allow us to have a clear understanding and assist you better.
