HTTP 401 cannot connect Wordfence

    Hello I am trying to connect Wordfence but get error 401

    An error occurred
    HTTP 401 received from Wordfence Central: {“errors”.
    ‘status ?401 “title” The server encountered an error
    processing your request.””detail”.!’) )

    I tried multiple times but same error, can you please help?

    Hi @riccardo12, thanks for getting in touch.

    You should still have access to the?Wordfence > Tools?menu to send us a diagnostic report so we can take a closer look at why you might be getting a 401 response. You can send that to us at?wftest @ wordfence . com. Click on?“Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and?respond here after you have sent it.

    NOTE:?It should look as follows – Screenshot of?Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    That should help us check your connectivity and other site configuration to see where the problem may be coming from.
