sending newsletters does not work

    hello everyone!
    i have a problem with sending the newsletter when a new article is published. until a couple of weeks ago, everything worked correctly, but now it doesn’t anymore. in the jetpack plugin settings i haven’t changed anything and by sending the test email from the article i want to publish, everything works correctly because the email arrives at its destination.
    this thing is driving me crazy and i can’t find a solution.
    the jetpack version is 13.9.1 and the wordpress version is 6.6.2

    please help me find a solution

    Hey @sparviero79 – it sounds like if you send a test email, then the email is getting land to your inbox correctly, but it doesn’t land to your subscriber’s inbox. Is that correct?

    If so, have you noticed this issue after being notified by any of your subscriber? If yes, may we know their email address? (Please don’t share it here, you can share us to the form link below)
