Problem with the plugin by role discounts

  • When creating a bundle of simple products, the discount that is applied with a YITH plugin Dynamic Pricing & Discounts is not implemented correctly. For example, I have applied a discount of 40% to all products in a certain category for the role distributor via this pricing plugin. In the shopping cart it does show the discounted price per product, but it calculates the normal price at checkout. How can I solve this?

    Hi @rhakvoort ,

    For your information, our developers claimed that our plugin doesn’t work with any dynamic pricing or discount rules plugin. These plugins change the prices of subproducts on cart and interfere with the discount and pricing methods of smart bundles themselves.

    The conflict remains irresolvable until now. Unfortunately, our developers are not capable of solving this conflict with the mentioned plugin yet. I cannot give any further instructions for your case.
