[Feature Request] Apply a sorting by post fields or custom fields

  • Hi There, I had an interesting request from a client which I think would make for a great improvement to this plugin:

    It would be nice to be able to sort items using this plugin by certain criteria:
    Alphabetically by post title, numerically by either a date field or a custom post field.

    Use case:
    A realtor is looking to sort their 300 listings by price but they need to shift just a few listings around. They would just sort by custom numeric field price, descending, and then they would drag the listings around they need to custom sort.

    This cannot be achieved that easily via custom query and primary and secondary sorting since the pricing and menu orders are unique. Hope this request makes sense.
