Admin Panel Lost when New Theme Installed

  • I installed a new theme called Coraline by Automatic and now I have no Admin Panel. Is there a way to reset so I go back to default theme?

  • rename the /Coraline folder
    this will deactivate it and bring up the 2010 theme

    I had the same thing just happen to me. I have no idea what “rename the /Coraline folder” means. CAn you explain?

    using ftp browse to wp-content/themes in themes folder you will see Coraline rename this folder to say Coraline-hold.

    I went in my server cpanel to the file manager, then wp-content folder, then themes folder and there was Coraline, but it would not allow me to rename it.

    A bit odd check your permissions see if is 755
